Our clinicians are trained to use closed-loop communications technique, meaning we will confirm receipt of messages and/or confirm completion of requested tasks to optimize communication and patient-care.

Communication with the Physician

Our clinicians are trained to notify the office staff and/or physician regarding patients, when appropriate (i.e. vitals outside parameters, falls, verbal orders, medication discrepancies, etc).

Timely Initiation of Care

Our clinicians are trained on best practices to ensure timely initiation of care, which means completing SOC and/or evals within 48 hours from SOC or referral date. If unable, we will communicate with office staff and physicians to try to stay in compliance.

Timely Documentation

Our clinicians take pride in timely documentation. Our policy is for documentation to be completed and synced within company or insurance guidelines, whichever is stricter.

Stringent Screening Process

Our clinicians must pass stringent screening process that includes background checks, drug screening, health screening, credential review, and referencing. Clients may administer or subsidize additional screening requirements if they prefer. .

Our clinicians have home health experience, which includes OASIS and PDGM.
