WHO WE ARE

We are Continuity Healthcare Staffing

Oxford dictionary defines continuity as, “the unbroken and consistent existence or operation of something over a period of time.”  This definition is the antithesis of healthcare.  The only thing that is constant in healthcare is change.  From changes in healthcare legislation to changes in healthcare personnel to changes in reimbursement to changes in the aging population to changes caused by pandemics, Continuity Healthcare Staffing (CHS) was created to provide continuity for healthcare businesses during disruptive changes, whether temporary or permanent.

teamwork

No matter the change, whether temporary or permanent, a successful healthcare provider should always have highly skilled, competent, caring, personable, and motivated healthcare professionals readily available.  When this is temporarily interrupted, CHS is equipped, eager, and readily available to ensure compliance through continuity of care, which leads to increased reimbursement, patient satisfaction, client satisfaction, and employee morale.

Clinicians

Due to rising demand, constant change, and constant need for healthcare professionals, we provide services in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology.  So, rest assured, we got you covered!  You exist to serve the healthcare needs of your community; CHS exists to serve your staffing needs.  Now you can do what you do best – continue to serve your community without interruption in the plan of care or compromising the quality of care.

all baby boomers will be 65 years old

By 2030, 1 in 5 Americans will be senior citizens (Carrington College)

Every year for the next 20 years roughly 3 million baby boomers will reach retirement age (Census.gov)

  • 3,00,000

These staggering statistics paint a clear picture – as time progress, more people will need more care.  In fact, according to Jama Internal Med, despite longer life expectancy, baby boomers are expected to have higher rates of hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, and other co-morbidities compared to their parents.  Consequently, the medical field must prepare for this imminent need.  We know your company will be ready to meet these needs.  CHS will be there alongside you, every step of the way.
